How many bundles do I need?

For inches 12-16 we suggest 2-3 bundles. 
For inches 18-30 we suggest 3-4 bundles. 
For inches 32 and up we suggest 4-5 bundles. 
These are suggestions, but how many bundles you need solely depends on your own personal preference for thinness or thickness.

Can the hair be colored ?

Our hair is Human Hair; therefore, it can be bleached, rinsed, and colored all different shades.

How long does the hair last?

Accepted Answer

The longevity of your product depends upon how well you take care of your extensions. With good and proper care, our virgin extensions can be reused and reinstalled and last for up to one year.

Question 4

How often can I shampoo my hair?

Accepted Answer

You can shampoo your hair as often as you like. I suggest you cleanse the hair once a week with sulfate free products to keep the hair silky, nourished, soft and manageable.

Do you offer exchanges or returns?

Our hair is FINAL SALE due to federal laws regarding health and sanitation. We will NOT allow an exchange if the item has ANY signs of being worn. Hair cannot be brushed, combed, cut, taken out of the bundle, and tried on, or processed in anyway.

Shipping Policy

After the order is placed, please allow 2-5 business days to process and verify credit card authorization before we ship out your order. During this time, you will receive a tracking number via email. Generally shipping takes about 3-7 days. For all sale orders please allow up to 7-12 business days max. Be aware COVID may affect shipping times.
